This notice explains what the Ratatoskrr coming-soon site collects and why. In short: one e-mail address, used once, then deleted.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Projeto Ratatoskrr. For anything about your data, write to contact@ratatoskrr.dev.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your e-mail address, the language of the page you used, and the date you joined. Nothing else: no name, no IP address, no device details.
Why, and on what basis
Only to send you one e-mail when Ratatoskrr launches, planned for December 1, 2026. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
We delete the whole list 90 days after the launch e-mail is sent. The launch e-mail itself has a link that removes your address at once.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and the database, protects the form with Turnstile, counts visits and sends the launch e-mail. Cloudflare operates worldwide, so your data may be processed outside Brazil, under Cloudflare's data processing terms.
Cookies, storage and analytics
The site sets no cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, no local storage and no fingerprinting. Turnstile checks that a visitor is human without tracking cookies.
Your browser keeps one note for the current session only, so the intro animation plays once; it holds no personal data.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) and the GDPR you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you access to it, correct it, delete it, or stop using it by withdrawing consent. Write to contact@ratatoskrr.dev; we answer within 15 days.
You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or to the authority where you live.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date below changes too. Your address will never be used for anything but the launch e-mail.
